Vehicle Search

You may search our database for stolen vehicles. Enter either the registration number or VIN (vehicle identification number). If you find a vehicle that has been stolen, you will be asked to provide it's location and information about yourself if you are not already registered.

You may only search a maximum of three times per session (visit). You have 3 anonymous search attempts remaining. Your session will expire after one hour of inactivity. If you want unlimited search attempts you must first register as a Spotter, and then sign-in. If you are already registered, then you should sign-in before searching.

Registration or Vin

The vehicle's Registration Number is found on either the front or rear of the vehicle. It consists of a maximum of Six numbers or letters.

The vehicle's Vin or Vehicle Identification Number is found under the bonnet, on the drivers side against the firewall. A Vin consists of a maximum of 17 letters or numbers.
